Tend Your Garden From Within

Your body is a living tree. When you tend the soil, nourish the roots, and honor the rhythms of your seasons, the canopy follows in its own time.

The Framework
How Your Wellness Grows

Every tree tells the story of the soil that holds it. Your wellness is that tree, and the soil is everything within.

Vitality, clarity, resilience, ease. The visible expression of everything that came before it.

The Trunk The body's quiet systems

Digestion, immune function, hormones, energy, nerves. All the constant, invisible work happening inside you.

The Roots Nourishment and connection

What feeds you, what you reach for, how you listen to your body's signals. The gathering and absorbing that sustains everything above.

The Soil Rest and renewal

Where transformation unfolds, the way rain creates the conditions for the earth to grow. The deepest layer, and the one most often overlooked.

Who This Is For
You Will Feel at Home Here

This work is for women navigating the seasons of perimenopause and menopause, autoimmune conditions, inflammation, gut concerns, or the quiet shifts that come with changing hormones. It is for those who sense there is a deeper story their body has been waiting to tell.

Because everything in your body is interconnected, what begins as a conversation about your wellness opens into something much wider. Your energy, your sleep, your digestion, your immune resilience, your sense of ease, they are all part of the same living tree. When you tend one part, the whole feels it. Perhaps you have arrived here simply because you are curious about what your body has been holding, and what becomes possible when you tend the whole of it with gentleness.

The Foundation
The Four Practices

Each layer of the tree has a practice that tends it. Each practice tends a different part of the tree, and together, they grow the whole. From the soil, one practice at a time, the whole tree grows.

Daily Rituals

Rest and Renewal
The Trunk

Where transformation unfolds. Sleep, stillness, the nervous system's return to balance. The conditions that make everything else possible.

Movement

What carries nourishment through. Circulation, lymph, the river that flows through you when you walk, stretch, breathe, live.

The Canopy

What feeds you, what you listen for. The foods, the choices, the relationship with your body's own knowing that sustains everything above.

My Path
A Journey Back to the Roots

My own path began in a body that felt like it had gone quiet. Hormones out of rhythm, energy that would arrive and then vanish, a nervous system caught between pushing through and shutting down. For a long time I tried to manage each symptom on its own, as if my body were a list of problems to solve.

Slowly, I learned to stop fixing and start tending. I studied the rhythms beneath the symptoms -- the way stress shapes hormones, the way sleep and blood sugar move together, the way a regulated nervous system changes everything downstream. My energy steadied. My cycles found their rhythm again. The whole tree began to thrive, not because I forced it, but because I finally listened to what season it was in.

The body speaks in seasons. Learning to listen is the first practice.

I trained in integrative and functional nutrition, and I have spent years studying how the body's systems talk to one another -- hormones, energy, digestion, and the nervous system all part of the same living tree. My grandfather's relationship to land and soil taught me early that care is something you give steadily, season after season, and that the earth remembers what you offer it.

What I offer you is simple: a guide who has lived through similar seasons, who understands that coming back to your roots is possible, and that our bodies, given tenderness and someone willing to listen alongside us, know exactly what to do.

The Experience
How We Work Together
We begin with where you are. Not with a protocol or a prescription, but with curiosity. We listen to what your body is asking for. We tend the soil first, and trust that the roots, the trunk, and the canopy will follow in their own season.

What Becomes Possible
The Ripple Effect

When you tend one area of your wellness, it ripples outward into every corner of your life. Energy returns, rest deepens, stress softens, and slowly the whole tree begins to thrive.

The Rhythm
Living in Rhythm with the Seasons

Every season arrives with its own invitation. Winter asks you to rest. Spring calls you to awaken. Summer invites expansion. Autumn offers release. These are the language your body still speaks, even when your mind has forgotten how to listen.

The Season of Deep Rest
December, January, February

Winter is the season of deep rest. The earth sleeps. Trees draw their energy inward. And you, if you allow yourself, can do the same. This is the season that teaches you rest is how you restore, rest is how you build the reserves you will need for spring's emergence.

Take what resonates with you, and leave what feels distant. And above all, seasons-closing-accent">listen to what your own body is asking for in this season. That is the most important practice of all.

After two decades, I've learned that wellness begins in the quiet moments — in how we nourish ourselves, how we breathe, and how we listen to the subtle shifts within.

Your Tree Is Already Growing

You do not need to start from scratch. You only need to tend what is already here. The soil, the roots, the trunk, the canopy, each one waiting for your gentle attention. And the tree, in its own season, will respond.
