Creation

Changes to your order can be made within 48 hours of purchase, before printing begins. 2 to 4 weeks for careful creation. Your fine art print is crafted on archival paper using museum quality materials, preserving its luminous beauty for generations. This is not rushed. It is honored.

Preparation

While your artwork is being printed, I personally prepare your Certificate of Authenticity and write you a handwritten note of gratitude. Every order feels personal because it is. Each certificate is numbered and sealed. Your note acknowledges the piece you've chosen, welcoming it into your collection.

Delivery

Packaged with museum-quality materials and eco-conscious protective care, your fine art print begins its journey to you with tracking details provided the moment it ships. If a package is lost or stolen in transit, I work with the carrier to resolve and offer replacement or store credit.

Framed Artwork

Custom Care for Framed Works

Framed fine art pieces require extra care in transit. Museum glass, matting, and the delicate construction of a custom frame call for protective packaging, careful handling, and thoughtful planning for size, weight, and destination.

Because each framed artwork is unique, I create a custom shipping quote to ensure your piece travels safely. Protected with appropriate materials. Fully insured. Delivered with care.

How Framed Shipping Works

At checkout, the shipping line may appear as “Free” due to the complimentary offer for unframed prints over $500 USD. Framed artwork is shipped via a separate custom quote, and will be billed accordingly before shipping.

To continue offering complimentary shipping on orders over $500 USD and to support the artisans who bring these works to life, original shipping costs are not refunded. This allows me to keep giving back through the art I share, including planting a tree with every order.

If your print arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery at hello@elenadragoi.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue. Your artwork is created to be received in pristine condition, and I will gladly offer a replacement at no cost or provide store credit toward another piece that calls to you. For lost or stolen packages, I work with carriers to file claims and will offer replacement or store credit once resolved (typically 7-10 business days).

This art is meant to be collected and lived with. I'm here to ensure your experience reflects the same care as the work itself.
