All artwork sales are final. I encourage you to take your time in selecting the perfect piece for your space.

If your print arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery at hello@elenadragoi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Your art is created to be received in pristine condition, and I will gladly offer a replacement at no cost or provide store credit toward another piece that speaks to your heart.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
