As all artwork sales are final, I encourage you to take your time in selecting the perfect piece. However, if your print arrives damaged, please reach out to me at hello@elenadragoi.com with your order number and a photo of your art piece. I want nothing more than for you to receive your artwork in pristine condition, just as it was meant to be.

If something is not perfect, I will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a credit toward another piece that speaks to your heart. My art is created to be cherished, and I am here to ensure that your experience is just as beautiful as the blooms I capture.
