Integrative Skin Health
Nourish Your Skin From Within

Your skin is a living garden. When you tend the soil, nourish the roots, and honor the rhythms of your body, the bloom follows in its own season.

The Framework
How Your Skin Blooms

Every bloom tells the story of the soil that grew it. Your skin is that bloom, and the soil is everything within.

Who This Is For
You Will Feel at Home Here

This work is for anyone navigating skin changes during perimenopause or menopause, autoimmune conditions, inflammation, or gut concerns. It is for those who sense there is a deeper story their skin has been waiting to tell.

Because everything in your body is interconnected, what begins as a conversation about your skin opens into something much wider. Your energy, your sleep, your digestion, your immune resilience, your sense of ease, they are all part of the same living garden. When you tend one part, the whole feels it. Perhaps you have arrived here simply because you are curious about what your body has been holding, and what becomes possible when you tend the whole of it with gentleness.

The Path
The Four Practices

Each layer of the bloom has a practice that tends it. Each practice tends a different part of the flower, and together, they grow the whole. From the soil, one practice at a time, the whole flower grows.

THE STEM

Where transformation unfolds. Sleep, stillness, the nervous system's return to balance. The conditions that make everything else possible.

What carries nourishment through. Circulation, lymph, the river that flows through you when you walk, stretch, breathe, live.

What feeds you, what you listen for. The foods, the choices, the relationship with your body's own knowing that sustains everything above.

My Journey
Twelve Years of Listening

I am forty-eight today. At thirty-one, I was diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, a condition that weaves together patterns of lupus, scleroderma, and rheumatoid arthritis. But the truth is, my autoimmune conditions had been brewing long before that diagnosis. Through my twenties, my body was already speaking, asking me to listen. Five years after the first diagnosis, I received a second one, Hashimoto's, and the apprenticeship with my own body deepened.

My journey with skin health began even earlier. Through my teens, my twenties, and into my thirties, I navigated hormonal acne, inflammation, and redness, learning early that my skin was always speaking. About nine years ago, as my autoimmune conditions took hold and perimenopause began to quietly shift everything within me, rosacea arrived and stayed. Hyperpigmentation followed, each one a message I was still learning to read. Today, my autoimmune conditions have remained quiet for many years, and after nine years of rosacea, my skin is clear. These changes came from turning inward, from tending the soil beneath everything, from learning to listen to what my body had been holding all along.

The people we trust with our tenderest places should be willing to show us their own.

I chose to answer that invitation through learning, beginning my studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. That path later carried me into the skincare world, where I have worked as Director of Care at May Lindstrom Skin for nearly twelve years, tending to others with the same tenderness I learned to offer myself. Today, I continue to deepen this foundation through my training at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Alongside my professional experience, I carry a lifetime of navigating autoimmune conditions and finding my way back to balance. What I offer you is simple: a guide who has lived through similar seasons, who understands that coming back to yourself is possible, and who believes our bodies carry wisdom worth meeting with tenderness, curiosity, and deep listening.

Deep Rest

Trust that rest is productive. That lying fallow is preparing the soil. The work you do in stillness is as important as anything you produce.

RELEASE

Letting go of what has fulfilled its purpose. The harvest, the turning inward, the quiet gratitude for what the year has given.

Take what resonates with you, and leave what feels distant. And above all, listen to what your own body is asking for. That is the most important practice of all.

After two decades, I have learned that wellness begins in the quiet moments, how we nourish ourselves, how we breathe, and how we listen to the subtle shifts within.

Before You Begin
Questions You May Have
What is integrative skin health coaching?

Integrative skin health coaching sees your skin as a living garden, woven into the wider landscape of your body: your nourishment, digestion, breath, rest, and rhythms. Together, we listen closely, explore what may be asking for care, and create space for understanding and sustainable change to take root. Coaching offers education, support, and trusted resources while honoring you as the expert in your own life. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care.

Is this only about skin?

Your skin is the visible expression of everything happening within, and this work touches all of it. Clients often find that tending their garden brings changes to their energy, their sleep, their digestion, their immune resilience, and their sense of ease. The session begins with skin and opens into the whole conversation your body is holding.

How is this different from seeing a dermatologist?

A dermatologist evaluates and treats conditions affecting the skin. Coaching offers a complementary space to explore the daily rhythms that may support your overall wellbeing, including nourishment, rest, movement, and daily rituals. This work does not replace medical care and can sit alongside the guidance of your dermatologist and healthcare team.

Who is this work for?

This work is for anyone navigating skin changes during perimenopause or menopause, autoimmune conditions, inflammation, gut concerns, or the sense that topical products alone may not be enough. It is for those who sense there is a deeper story their skin has been waiting to tell, and who are ready to listen.

Do I need the books or the tool to work with you?

Within Deep Nourishment, you will receive three companions to support our coaching work and remain with you beyond our sessions. The book offers deeper understanding, the companion helps bring that understanding into practical choices, and the tool gently roots it in daily practice. Together, they form a garden of support, each tending a different part of your journey.

What happens after I book?

You will receive a welcome email with everything you need to prepare: an integrative wellness intake form, a wellness wheel assessment, and reflective prompts to begin deepening your relationship with your skin before we meet. For the three-month program, you will also receive a values exploration and character strengths survey. All sessions are held through a secure client portal.

Can I start with a single session and move into the program?

Yes. For some, a single session offers the insight and direction needed to begin. For others, it becomes the foundation for deeper work together. Deep Nourishment meets you whether you are arriving fresh or continuing from a session that opened the door.
