For the past two decades, I have been learning how to care for my body through different seasons of life — navigating autoimmune and thyroid challenges, hormonal shifts, disrupted sleep, and perimenopause. This journey has shown me how deeply connected everything truly is. My approach is shaped by lived experience, curiosity, and a deep respect for the body.

I have lived this work in my own body for over two decades, navigating autoimmune flares, hormonal shifts, fatigue, disrupted digestion, insomnia, inflammation, and sensitive reactive skin. Along the way, I learned what it means to rebuild trust with my body one step at a time. Today I feel more connected and at home in myself in a way I once was not sure was possible.

Yes. If you begin with a single session and feel called into a longer container, we can transition you into The Rooted Foundations Series or The Deep Nourishment Journey.

What if I’m not sure which package is right for me? +

A discovery call is a gentle place to explore what you’re hoping for and which offering feels aligned. You can also begin with The Integrative Wellness Session and then choose to continue.

If your connection drops, you can simply rejoin using the same Zoom link. If technology makes it difficult to continue, we’ll reschedule without penalty. I want you to feel at ease, not stressed about tech.

A device with Zoom, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space. Headphones are optional but supportive.

How should I prepare? +

Find a quiet, comfortable place where you feel grounded. A notebook nearby can be helpful. Mostly, just come as you are.
