Hello, I’m Elena

I’m 47 years old, based in New York and have spent many years learning how to care for my body through different seasons of life. From navigating autoimmune and thyroid challenges, hormonal shifts, and periods of disrupted sleep, to supporting sensitive skin, energy, and my nervous system through perimenopause, this journey has taught me how deeply connected everything truly is. My approach is shaped by lived experience, curiosity, and a deep respect for the body.

My integrative wellness coaching combines functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, and personalized rituals to support your hormones, digestion, sleep, energy, and overall well-being. Living with Autoimmune Illness: My Personal Healing Story

I have lived this work in my own body for over two decades, navigating autoimmune flares, hormonal shifts, fatigue, disrupted digestion, insomnia, inflammation, and sensitive reactive skin. Along the way, I learned what it means to rebuild trust with my body one step at a time. Today I feel more connected and at home in myself in a way I once was not sure was possible.

You will receive a warm welcome email with your personalized intake questionnaire, your preparation notes, and a link to schedule your first session at a time that feels supportive for your energy and rhythm.

Before We Meet

Take your time completing the intake form. It offers a thoughtful reflection on your health history, nourishment patterns, digestion, sleep, hormones, stress, and anything you are navigating with your nervous system or skin. This allows me to meet you with care, exactly where you are.

We meet on Zoom for spacious, grounding conversations. Your first session is two hours to explore your whole picture, including what you eat, how you rest, how you move, and what feels nourishing in your environment. Together we shape an integrative plan that gently supports your body, energy, and overall well-being.

I am here to support you through gentle email check-ins as you integrate new nourishment practices, rest rhythms, and calming rituals into your daily life.
