Elena Dragoi in her garden

Integrative wellness coaching

Your skin is the visible expression of everything happening within. Your body carries its own seasons and rhythms, and through nourishment, rest, movement, and daily ritual, we tend the whole garden together. When you tend the soil and nourish the roots, the bloom follows in its own season.

How your wellness grows

A garden grows through relationship: the soil that nourishes it, the roots that reach and receive, the stem that steadies, and the bloom that opens toward the light. Your wellness grows in much the same way, each layer connected to the whole, and what you see and feel is the bloom that tells the story of all that lies beneath.

The Bloom What you see and feel

Radiance, clarity, resilience, ease. The way you feel in your skin and in your sense of aliveness, the harvest of all that came before.

The Stem The body's quiet systems

Digestion, the microbiome, immune function, hormones, energy, and the nervous system. The unseen work inside you, each part in conversation with the next.

The Roots Movement and connection

Circulation, lymph, breath, and the practice of returning to the body. The pathways that carry support through you.

The Soil Nourishment and Listening

Food, hydration, daily choices, the products you use, and the environments you move through. The conditions that feed everything above.

Two decades of listening

Elena Dragoi in her garden

I am forty-eight today. At thirty-one, I was diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, a condition that weaves together patterns of lupus, scleroderma, and rheumatoid arthritis. But the truth is, my autoimmune conditions had been brewing long before that diagnosis. Through my twenties, my body was already speaking, asking me to listen. Five years after the first diagnosis, I received a second one, Hashimoto's, and the apprenticeship with my own body deepened.

My journey with skin health began even earlier. Through my teens, my twenties, and into my thirties, I navigated hormonal acne, inflammation, and redness, learning early that my skin was always speaking. About nine years ago, as my autoimmune conditions took hold and perimenopause began to quietly shift everything within me, rosacea arrived and stayed. Today, my autoimmune conditions have remained quiet for many years, and after nine years of rosacea, my skin is clear. These changes came from turning inward, from tending the soil within, and from learning to listen to what my body had been holding all along.

The people we trust with our tenderest places should be willing to show us their own.

I chose to answer that invitation through learning, beginning my studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. That path later carried me into the skincare world, where I have worked as Director of Care at May Lindstrom Skin for nearly twelve years, tending to others with the same tenderness I learned to offer myself. Today, I continue to deepen this foundation through my training at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Alongside my professional experience, I carry over two decades of navigating autoimmune conditions. I have learned that our bodies carry wisdom worth meeting with tenderness, curiosity, and deep listening, and that coming back to yourself is possible.
