  She moves with endurance and grace. Her petals are able to withstand storms of heat and frost. So many associate the rose with a bundle of red blooms, traditional romance that feels quite dim. Without feeling. Capturing her essence was an experience akin to coming home.   Each petal spoke to me as I arranged them just so, capturing not only their velveteen softness but their enduring stems that so often are covered in thorns.
